Although they are not made from denim as the title suggests (Levi's Men's 511 Skinny Rinsed Jean, Moonbeam, 28x30), I hadn't expected them to be having looked at the same pair on Levi.com where they are listed as 511 Skinny Twill Trousers. They fit just like the 511 jeans but the fabric is thinner. This thinness, however, does not effect the durability of the pants themselves. These are perfect trousers because they offer the look of a more sophisticated pant yet have all the comfort of your favorite pair of Levi's. If you are familiar with the Levi's sizes, these trousers are true to those and fit just like any other 511. They are cut close around the thighs and loosen as they progress toward the ankle. Then sitting down they fit snuggly around the thighs and raise about an inch from where they would normally rest on your shoe. I love these new... The Marsala color Levi's are not really red, but more of a mango pink color. I knew that it wasn't going to be like my 510 pants where they are almost attached to my skin, but I at least expected them to hug and not hover. Plenty of space to put my arm in the lower leg part, which is totally unfortunate.That however, cannot be fully blamed on the product, as it was also my mistake in judgement what "skinny" jeans meant (I got one 511 because I wanted to color which was unavailable on the 510). Other than that though, my only other complain would be that they don't really feel like jeans, nor do they sound like them. They are rigid, but very smooth so they almost sound like those plastic gym pants when you walk, they make a *wish* sound. Not as loud though, minor.
